Refund Policy

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect purchases or preference changes, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not as described

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

3. eBooks and Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for eBooks and digital downloads are not provided once access or download has been granted, except where required by law.

4. Physical Products

If a paperback or hardcover book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence (where applicable)

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
